Before joining Tigerfit I had lost the motivation to train consistently. As a new mum there was always something that was more important.  From week one I loved it; there was a great variety of classes, a fun and friendly atmosphere and I never felt like I was dragging myself there. In just six months, I’ve seen more progress in my strength and fitness than I have in the last 15 years of training.


Lily is incredible; her energy is contagious, and she’s always there to correct your form, answer questions and push you to reach your potential. I’ve made new friends, stayed consistent and found myself enjoying the process, more than I ever had before. Tigerfit isn’t just a gym; it’s a community that makes me feel stronger, happier, and supported. I would recommend it to anyone!

I have been going to Lily’s classes for 5 years now and I can honestly say I love them! So many classes to choose from, you’ll never get bored of exercising.  My overall health and fitness have massively improved thanks to Lily and Tigerfit!
